3. Ordering Process
Selection: Browse our collection and select the painting you wish to purchase.
Shipping: If the shipping is not stated that it is included in the price, please contact chasing.waters.art@gmail.com for estimated shipping price.
Cart: Add the desired painting to your cart.
Checkout: Follow the checkout process, providing necessary information including shipping address and payment details.
Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the destination. An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
7. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are only granted if the painting arrives damaged. Please inspect your painting upon arrival.
Process: To initiate a return for a damaged item, contact me at chasing.waters.art@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
Shipping: If the painting is confirmed to be damaged, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days (Mon-Fri) of receiving the returned damaged item and confirming the damage.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.

9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at chasing.waters.art@gmail.com with photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund.
